Thanks--no one EVER says anything about it, but after having gone through being the target of a big, yucky mass-bullying/"go kill urself" episode for the first time myself earlier this year, and seeing SO much more of it happen to people I know lately, I'm way over-tired of it.

I mean, most of the people that DO these mass-bully things do it for fun (usually with a really bad excuse like "but he/she sucks or is a stupid retard for not agreeing with us or is all upset right now [as if that's not normal occasionally] so they DESERVE it!"), and it's gotten WAY out of hand, to where a person can't hardly even *SAY* anything to anyone anymore without this sort of thing being aimed at them for no good reason.

The sad thing I've noticed is that most of the people who do it are older--the ones that did it to me were like 23-25, and claimed to be WAYWAYWAY ultra-mature post-college who are all out in the real world with real jobs and all this stuff...but yet they bullied a total stranger just because, basically. Like a bunch of immature little bitty kids. x.x

Yeah, you hit the nail right on the head. They are immature. Especially if they are older then you and still bullying, that's just pathetic.

Even more so if a bully is telling someone to go commit suicide. Any person that would tell anyone to go kill themselves is just wearing their immaturity like a tattoo on their forehead, that is just wrong. But when that happens you will instantly know what class of person they are.

Sounds like the ones you had a problem with were ultra-drunk, not ultra-mature. All excuses for bullying are lame. If these guys were "ultra-mature post-college" type people they would value other peoples opinions, even if they conflict with their own. They would also realize the value of picking their battles and engaging in few.

In my experience, most older people I've met (especially in the directly post-college-type age group) seem to be some of THE cruelest and most shallow and immature towards other people.

I got it (...supposedly...but it was an excuse, because they clearly found it fun and funny, and wanted to, anyway...) for saying on my OWN page very clearly (after holding it in for FOUR solid years of trying to politely turn a blind eye) that I was disturbed by something I find wrong--didn't say anything about anyone at all, but this group decided that I wasn't allowed an unpopular/minority opinion--somewhere where all opinions are supposedly welcomed, or even on my OWN page.

That was their *excuse*, anyway, but they didn't too much go after me for that, not REALLY REALLY--they mostly went after me just in general with things saying for me to hurt/kill myself, throwing certain unfair labels around, telling me I was stupid constantly, saying all girls are basically sluts and only want one perverted thing out of life *if you know what I mean* so that I must be that way too, accused me of trying to make people stare at my butt constantly just in the mere knowledge that I SAID I wore a skirt *one* time (I didn't even have a pic anywhere, and it had opaque TIGHTS under it--I said so, even) and calling me a wannabe whore who covers it up by acting innocent--not to mention sending me a bunch of insulting links and pictures.

...and really, that's only the watered-down, non-quoted version, the counterpart of which I won't say here.

I mean, I didn't DO anything so bad to them--I didn't even really KNOW them.

Now maybe if I had stated their names and said they were evil and deserved to die, threatened them, or else gone to their personal pages and did to them what they decided to do to me, they'd have had MORE of an excuse--but I didn't DO that.

All I ever did was say an unpopular thing, on my page, about no one at all, really (nastiness isn't a person, *anyway*--not like my disliking a concept can hurt its feelings, and it needs to be avenged in THAT kind of cruel way) where I thought maybe two of my friends would see it, say "Yeah, I understand", and then nothing would happen.

...and that's how these people chose to respond, all while saying how I was so immature, sucky, stupid, and worthless, and how THEY were so adult, great, mature, etc.

...while they were doing THAT.

..and the sad thing is that I know these people are so much like that that I seriously believe that they would come back after me on here, too, if they found my page. I think I found the few of them that go here (the first I found on accident, and the others off of her page) and blocked them all from my page in advance as a precautionary measure, but the idea still scares me.

I don't understand the whole deal, though, really, because what it comes down to is this:

No matter WHAT I say, HOW I say it, or how RIDICULOUS or CHILDISH or [insert untrue/unfair label here] they think it is, if they don't like it, they don't have to go to my page, do they...?

...I didn't force them to go there and read my comments or anything, right?

...but yet they DID act horrible to me, push lots of insults, nastiness, etc. on me, for fun, because they like to see people hurt, apparently.

Sorry to ramble on, but it's just such scary stuff.

I feel like I shouldn't even be admitting it happened, because it'll attract someone to hassle me for that, too.

Thank you SO MUCH for making this stamp. I could not agree more. I am so tired of seeing that and it sickens me too that people wrote horrible things that nobody in the right mind would say outside of the internet like: "GO KILL YOURSELF!111!!" It's disgusting.

This stamp does make me feel hopeful for humanity.

Thanks--not enough people are against this sort of thing.

I'm starting to think some of the worst ones are actually 'the 20-something, post-college crowd', or at least the majority of it.

I mean, they go off and scream and spam to the world how 'grown up' and 'omg out in the real world now!' they are, all while constantly doing stuff like THIS to prove they aren't. x-x

I know about it from personal experience, myself.

I have started having a LOT more trouble with this in the last 1-2 years, and generally, I'm not doing anything 'wrong' other than not agreeing with a majority opinion (like, you know, 'omgcartoonangamesexpairsaregreeaat!1' X_X).
